REFINE is the Interiors+Renovation division of UIC, an integrated develop-design-build practice. We are responsive good listeners, creative problem solvers, and adaptive budget enablers. Our range of services includes:

Interior Design, Architectural Design, Construction Consulting, General Contracting, Carpentry, and Historic Tax Credit Consulting.

PAIGE MCCLELLAN President As the President, as well as the primary designer and project manager for interiors and renovations at REFINE, I work directly with clients to assist in all facets of design and construction. Originally from Kansas, I graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia, then skipped town to NYC where I attended Parsons School of Design and was employed as a visual and interior designer by Baker Furniture. Since moving back to St. Louis in 2007, I have been working in the city as a residential designer at Niche Home Furnishings + Design for Lawrence Group. Outside of the office, I spend as much of my time playing as possible via cycling, hiking, running, laying in hammocks and frequenting playgrounds with my energetic son.
